1. The first step involves a phone call to one of their experts. Usually, a simple call will determine what is wrong with the unit.
2. If any user-replaceable components need to be replaced, then the parts will be sent over and if needed, hop on another call to guide you on how to perfectly replace those parts.
3. Now if for some reason there’s an issue with the control box or the robot itself, the process is simple. Place the unit in a box, Robo-Tek will send in some consignment notes and instructions, and a courier will come to your door and collect it. Once the repair (or replacement if required) is complete, your robotic pool cleaner will be sent back to you.

Now, are the upgrades worth it? For the larger home pools, we’d say yes, but for smaller to mid-sized home pools, the Robo-Plus is more than enough to handle whatever is thrown at it!
