Pre-Orders
Items marked “Pre-Order” have a lead time of 5–10 business days from stock arrival. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be held and shipped together, If order is requested to be split, shipping will be quoted and charged. Express shipping does not expedite pre-order lead times.
Bulky, Remote & Oversized Deliveries
Some postcodes are classified as remote or regional and may incur additional fees or restrictions. These include:

QLD (4820–4899)
Products requiring tail-lift delivery may also incur extra fees at checkout. Products tagged as “BULKY” can trigger a shipping charge regardless of order value. Additionally, if multiple products in one order make the shipment oversized, heavy, or classed as bulky by the carrier, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We’ll contact you if your address requires alternate arrangements.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders are final and cannot be converted to shipping. All Click & Collect orders must be collected from our Wyoming location only. Orders not collected due to a change of mind will be cancelled and refunded. Customers will receive a pickup reminder 3 business days after purchase. Orders that remain uncollected after 5 business days will be automatically cancelled and refunded. If reward points were used on the purchase, points will not be refunded if the order is cancelled (please refer to our Rewards Terms & Conditions).
PO Boxes & Address Errors

PO Box deliveries may be delayed or restricted based on item size.

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Orders cannot be rerouted or cancelled once dispatched.
International Orders
Customs, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark parcels as gifts. Refused shipments will not be refunded.
Optional Priority Protection at Checkout
At checkout, you may add Priority Protection, which provides priority replacement if your order is lost or damaged in transit.
