Thanks to the awesome sales team at Mr Pool Man. My kids bought me a Pentair Rebel II cleaner for Christmas. The package was missing 5 pieces of hose extensions of the 10 pieces as indicated on the side of the box which meant I couldn't use my new auto cleaner. Ordered a replacement cartridge for my pool filter, thought I ordered the correct one, but no - senior moment it was way too big. Phone to see if I could return, absolutely no problem, and I was given all the info how to do a return postage label. Thankfully I didn't put the original box in the bin !! Packed it up and sent hubby to the PO and in 1 week I received the refund to which I was entitled - obviously less the postage etc. I am very appreciative of the service and will definitely order again if they have what I need.
