    Not the best pool cleaner but despite that service was good

    The product unfortunately did not meet my expectations. It was loud and also did get stuck on walls more and not much time was spent on floor. Despite discussions with your technical support the suggested changes didn't result in the issues being resolved. I have returned the item and looking to now purchase the Matrix (a better item I hope) that hopefully meets my needs and expectations. Thank you for your support in the process.
