How is it applied?
For pools:
Add 125g per 10,000L of pool water weekly, or after heavy use, storms, or pool parties. To regular shock pools, apply 125g pre 10,000L
For spas:
Add 125gr per 10,000L (the average Spa is only 1200-2000L) 
Use weekly, or after each use to break down oils, fats, and organics.
Always add the product with the pump running, and preferably in the evening to maximise effectiveness.
Dissolve in a bucket of water and broadcast around the edge of the pool or spa. As this is a chlorine-free oxidiser, swimming can resume just 15 minutes after application.
