G'day! 👋 We're Tom and Nat, brother and sister, and the proud owners of Mr Pool Man. Our journey began with Dad and his pool cleaning van over 25 years ago, right here on the Central Coast of NSW.
Our Roots: Dad's No B.S. Philosophy
Our Dad, Hardy, founded Mr Pool Man way back in 1998. He taught us a simple, powerful philosophy: "Treat people well, be honest, and you'll sleep good at night." This no-nonsense approach is the bedrock of everything we do.
After stepping out of a corporate sales role, Dad wanted to live the self-employed dream, diving headfirst into pool maintenance. He's that quintessential Aussie bloke with a German background – straight to the point, gets things done right the first time, and doesn't believe in smoke and mirrors. Apply that to the pool industry, and you get Mr Pool Man.
Today, Dad is our wise owl, a sounding board who shares invaluable experience and always encourages us to "try anything once."

The Water TechniX Story
Seven years ago, we set out to create a truly revolutionary way to take better care of our pools without breaking the bank, and you know what? We finally cracked the code with our home-grown brand of pool supplies, Water TechniX, made and exclusively owned by Mr Pool Man.
"If not now, when?" This was the question that plagued our minds upon setting out to develop our own pool equipment. We didn't like what was out there or the warranty processes behind them. So, we took matters into our own hands.
After years of feedback from customers, the good, the bad, and the ugly, we combined all of that into one neat little package. Taking all of the non-essentials out and leaving only what pool owners are looking for: efficient and affordable pool equipment and chemicals.

Our Dad (pictured handsome guy in the white) brought my brother (Tom) and I (Nat) up with a no-BS philosophy: "Do good, treat people well and you'll sleep good at night".
