- ❓ My pool is already green or cloudy? → This winteriser is designed for clear pools as a proactive treatment. If your pool has existing issues, clear it up first, then contact our support team for advice.
- ❓ Pool size bigger than 60,000L? → Use 2 bundles. Double all chemicals: 2kg Stabilised Chlorine, 2 litres Algaecide, 2 litres Phosphate Remover, and 1kg Oxi Shock.
- ❓ Crystal Tablet dissolved quickly? → Normal. It provides water clarity for up to a month. The 3 month winter protection comes from the full combination of all steps.
