Orders before 2pm AEST ship same day. Metro delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days. Regional areas may take 3 to 5 days. You'll get tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
What if I order the wrong thing? ▾
We've got a 30 day return policy on unopened products. But honestly, if you've gone through the guide above, the kit is matched to your pool type. If you're still unsure, just email us before you open anything and we'll swap it out.
I don't know my pool size. Is that a problem? ▾
The guide is sized for the average Aussie pool (30,000 to 50,000 litres). If your pool is much bigger or smaller, let us know after ordering and we'll adjust your quantities at no extra charge.
Is this really cheaper than a pool shop? ▾
