The Refined Paradise Range vs Previous Generation
After 6 months of engineering upgrades, here's what changed across the range.

What Installation Actually Costs
Installation worry is the most common reason people pause before buying. Here is exactly what to expect.
Typical Install Cost
Most residential installs run $300 to $600 for plumbing and additional for electrical, depending on your equipment pad setup. For larger models (25kW), we recommend an electrical line check before purchasing.
What's in the Box
The unit arrives fully assembled with installation fittings, a WiFi module, and a detailed manual. Your licensed electrician connects the power. A plumber or confident DIYer handles the water lines.
Need a Hand?
We have a national network of preferred installers who know the Paradise range. Find an installer near you or call our team and we can refer someone local.
Engineered for Australian Conditions
The refined Paradise uses an upgraded Mitsubishi rotary inverter compressor with EEV gas control, delivering COP ratings up to 18.89. It captures heat from the ambient air instead of generating it, which is why running costs are so low.
Total Climate Control
Set your target temperature from the LCD touchscreen or the WiFi app. The unit maintains it automatically, whether heating or chilling.
Silent Mode from 31dB
At 31dB in silent mode, it's quieter than rustling leaves. You won't know it's running from inside the house, and neither will your neighbours.
Soft Start Technology
Ramps smoothly from 0A at startup. Traditional ON/OFF units spike 3x that current, tripping breakers and stressing your home's electrical system. Soft start means no impact on the family electrics.
Built for Australian Weather
UV-resistant ABS casing, anti-corrosion titanium heat exchanger, and R32 refrigerant rated for operation down to -15°C ambient air temperature.
Works With Any Pool Chemistry
Compatible with chlorine, saltwater, mineral, and magnesium pools. No additional equipment or chemical adjustments needed.
Heat Pump vs Every Alternative
Not every pool heater is the same technology. Here is how they compare on the things that matter.
Inverter Heat Pump
Gas Heater
Electric Resistance
Solar Heater
Runs Cheaper. Runs Longer. Pays for Itself in Under 3 Years.
Annual running costs are one number. Total cost of ownership over five years is the number that tells the full story.
Unit cost ~$5,249 (pre-order) + running costs ~$550/yr × 5 yrs = $2,750 running total
Typically pays for itself vs gas in under 30 months and as low as two years depending on usage. After that, every year is money back in your pocket.
Unit cost ~$1,500 + running costs ~$2,500/yr × 5 yrs = $12,500 running total
Based on a 40,000L pool in Sydney used through the extended season with a pool cover. Actual costs vary by usage, pool size, and local energy prices.
What You Pay Every Year to Keep Swimming
Inverter Heat Pump
Low, consistent energy use for year-round heating. The inverter compressor modulates output rather than cycling on and off, which cuts electricity draw significantly.
Gas Heater
Fast and reliable, but natural gas prices make continuous use very expensive. Better suited to occasional or short-burst heating rather than regular swimming.
Electric Resistance
Generates heat by running electricity directly through a coil. Effective for spas or very small pools but prohibitively expensive for anything larger.
Estimates based on a 40,000L pool in Sydney, extended season, with a pool cover. Actual costs vary by usage and local energy tariffs.
Your Pool as a Cold Plunge, From the Same Unit
The Paradise range cools as well as it heats. Dial down to 8°C in summer and use your pool for cold water therapy, something no gas or solar heater can offer.
Faster Muscle Recovery
Cold water immersion reduces post-exercise inflammation. 10 minutes at 12 to 15°C is enough to see measurable results.
Better Circulation
The cold-warm contrast causes blood vessels to expand and contract, improving cardiovascular efficiency over time.
Mental Clarity
A short cold immersion triggers a noradrenaline release. Athletes, executives, and health practitioners use it for focus and mood.
Cools Comfortably in Summer Too
On a 40°C day, chilling your pool to 22°C makes it more refreshing than swimming in a heated pool. Toggle between modes from the app.
What Aussie Pool Owners Actually Say
"We can use our pool every month of the year now. The noise level is genuinely hard to believe, it is quieter than our ducted air con. I checked our electricity bills for three months and we are paying about $40/month extra. For year-round swimming, that is nothing."
"I was worried about electricity costs but our bill barely shifted. The inverter technology really does what they say. The app control is great, I schedule it to hit 28°C by 5pm on weekdays. The kids are in it every day, even through June."
"Melbourne winters meant our pool was sitting unused for five months. Not anymore. We also use it as a cold plunge in January, drop it to 12°C and it is a totally different experience. Best thing we have put in the backyard."
