Storm & Flood Recovery Chemical Bundle – Restore Your Pool After Cyclone Alfred
Has your pool turned into a disaster zone after the storm? Our Storm & Flood Recovery Chemical Bundle is specially designed to help pool owners across Queensland and Northern NSW quickly and effectively bring their pools back to life after Cyclone Alfred's impact.

This bundle includes everything you may need to clear dirty, storm-affected water, remove debris, and restore safe swimming conditions.
Please note: Further chemicals may be needed to complete the restoration process, in which our customer service team are happy to help advise.

What’s Included & How It Works:
✅ Stabilised Chlorine – The first step in sanitising your pool and killing harmful bacteria brought in by floodwaters.
✅ pH Down (dry Acid) – Balances your pool water and lowers pH to help chlorine work more effectively.
✅ Flocculant – If your pool is in really bad shape, this helps clump suspended debris, sinking it to the bottom and making it easier to vacuum out.
✅ Clarifier – If your pool is only slightly green, this will help clear up cloudy water without needing to floc.

Note: Flocs and Clarifiers clog filter cartridges. Ensure you regularly clean your filter cartridge while using these chemicals.

How to Use the Bundle for Best Results:
1️⃣ Sanitise – Add Stabilised Chlorine to kill bacteria and algae.
2️⃣ Balance – Adjust pH with pH Down so the chlorine can work at full strength.
3️⃣ Clear the Water – If your pool is full of debris, add Flocculant to sink everything to the bottom for vacuuming. If it’s just cloudy, use Clarifier instead.
4️⃣ Vacuum & Filter Maintenance – Vacuum out debris to waste, backwash your sand filter, or clean/replace your filter cartridge to keep water circulating properly.

A note from our head Pool Technician and Owner, Hardy:

This bundle is perfect for an initial shock treatment and floc treating, we want to sanitise the contaminants in the water with the chlorine, while sinking all of the particles to the bottom of the pool so we can vacuum it out of the pool. Repeating until the pool debris-free and clear, topping the water up as needed.

Once the pool is looking blue, we recommend the final addition of the clarifier to start getting some clarity back.
