1. Promoter. The promoter is Mr Pool Man Pty Ltd (ABN 70 600 015 647), of 3/5 Brooks Ave, Wyoming NSW 2250, Australia ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion period. This promotion runs from Tuesday 23 June 2026 at 9:00am AEST to Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the "Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of the Promoter, its related entities, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter - Hydro 3S Draw. Every order placed on mrpoolman.com.au during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into a prize draw to win one (1) Water TechniX Hydro 3S Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner. No purchase amount minimum applies for draw entry. One entry per order. Cancelled or refunded orders are void and forfeit entry. Multiple orders within the Promotion Period count as multiple entries.

5. Prize - Hydro 3S Draw. The prize is one (1) Water TechniX Robotic Pool Cleaner Hydro 3S Cordless valued at AUD $1,999.99 (recommended retail price). One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Total prize pool value: AUD $1,999.99.

6. Draw. The draw will take place at the Promoter's registered office on Thursday 3 July 2026 at 10:00am AEST. The winner will be selected via random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided with their order within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner's first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to an alternate eligible entrant.

8. Prize delivery. The prize will be shipped to the winner's Australian delivery address at no cost within fourteen (14) days of confirmed acceptance. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

9. First 100 Orders - $50 Gift Card. The first one hundred (100) orders with a subtotal of AUD $200 or more (excluding shipping) placed on mrpoolman.com.au during the Promotion Period will receive a $50 Mr Pool Man digital gift card. Gift cards will be issued by email within seven (7) days of order fulfilment. Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months from issue, redeemable on mrpoolman.com.au only, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cancelled or refunded orders forfeit the gift card. The Promoter's order timestamp is final and not open to dispute.

10. General conditions. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of order completion, not the time of order placement. All entrant information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy: https://mrpoolman.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the receipt of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this promotion or any prize.

11. Governing law. This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
